In 2014 Stuart set out on a mission to disrupt the HMO market and promote the co-living movement. Stuart has travelled the country speaking at the largest property events and his Co-Living projects have been featured in major trade and national magazines. He has picked up some of the biggest industry awards, most notably 2019 Property Developer of the Year and 2018 Property Investor of the Year. After many years of building his own portfolio, he now mentors new and existing landlords to create their own profitable Co-Living HMOs.
